At some level, we’re all kids at heart. Here in Colorado, we have ample opportunities for both men and women (of all ages) to play the fastest game on two feet. Regardless if you were a D1 NCAA player or just learning the game, there are leagues to fit your skill and intensity level.
Opportunities exist for you to play in the spring, summer, fall, and winter (indoor) seasons. No matter if it’s March or November there is an opportunity for you to express that inner child in all of us.
We are fortunate to have two professional lacrosse teams here in Colorado. The Colorado Mammoth (playing in the box format) represent our state in the National Lacrosse League (NLL) and the Denver Outlaws (traditional field lacrosse format) which play in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL).
The Mammoth’s season typically runs from January to the end of April and the Outlaw’s season runs from May until the end of August. The seasons, sometimes, extend past these months as both the Mammoth and the Outlaws have a proven track record of playoff appearances.
